- super easy planning of the itinerary and accommodations via WhatsApp & paying with credit card (we already had a rough plan and some lodges and we were consulted how to improve it and also booked some other accommodations through Kaskazini)

- Our driver Jamal was super kind, knowledgeable and great English! We saw the big five and other great things, such as cheetahs hunting, leopards eating, SO MANY lions — we would definitely recommend him as a guide 100% and would do a trip with with him again anytime!

- the price is super fair and transparent, you get a list of what costs what exactly (especially the Nationalpark fees are the expensive part) and you can plan everything according to your needs

Overall, we can highly recommend Kaskazini over any big all-inclusive company, it is a local company - super reliable, responsive, knowledgeable and kind 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The vehicle itself was in excellent condition, reflecting the Agency commitment to providing Well maintained Safari Land cruiser. The car was equipped with everything needed for camping Safari,Fridge, Inverter for charging accessories, gas Stove,Table, Chairs, kitchen utensils. Rooftop tent was extremely comfortable, I will definitely recommend to any one who wants to enjoy experience with Experts.

  Incredible experience with Melvin as Guide - Went on a 4-day safari that was completely planned by Adventure Kaskazini. It was my friend and I, both sleeping in the tent on top of the car - our... Read More guide was Melvin. I can genuinely say these four days were some of the best of my life. Tarangire, Ngorongoro and especially Serengeti Park were all incredibly beautiful and Melvin knew everything, absolutely everything about all of them and about every animal living there. Thanks to him we saw a cheetah, three leopards (including one leopard cub!), five different lion prides (!) and pretty much every other animal you can see. Melvin always knew where to go, was incredibly kind and super patient.
But what's genuinely crazy is what he can spot in nature. While my friend and I just looked around, searching hopelessly, Melvin would sometimes just stop the car and ask "You see it?", followed by showing us the animal.
An example: About 8 safari-cars are standing around a bunch of vultures who are scattered around the remains of a wildebeast. While everyone (all tourists and guides) are looking at the vultures, Melvin looks around and asks us if we see anything else in the other direction. We look for a while, don't see anything, until he shows us a lion (presumably the lion that hunted the wildebeast that the vultures are scattered around) about 20m away from all the cars. Not a single person noticed the lion, noone except for us was looking at it. I couldn't wrap my head around how he spotted it so quickly while no other guide spotted it at all - and this is only one example of many, many situations we encountered in our four days.
I can't suggest enough that you do your safari with Adventure Kaskazini, especially with Melvin as your guide. I guarantee you will not regret it - you will have the best guide out there.

Good and safe driver, could explain a lot and was nice company!

  Northern Tanzania private drive, 9 days  - 9 days drive with Melvin was amazing. Melvin is a top profesional guide, kind, calm, organised, responsible and very helpful.
